Proof of Address (PoA) documents are required to verify a user’s residential or business address. Requirements differ for individual and business users.
Screenshots are not accepted. Documents must be original photos or scans.
Individual Users
For individual users, PoA documents must:
- Confirm the current residential address
- Be issued within the last 3 months
- Exclude PO boxes and business addresses
Accepted documents:
- Voter registration
- Tax bill
- Phone bill
- Utility bill
- Bank statement
- Bank letter
- Lease agreement
Business Users
For business users, PoA documents must:
- Confirm the current operating address
- Be issued within the last 3 months
- Exclude PO boxes and virtual addresses
Accepted documents:
- Bank statement
- Utility bill
- Government-issued letter
- Office lease agreement
Content Requirements
PoA documents must contain:
- Owner full name
- Full address (residential for individuals, operating for businesses)
- Issue date
- Issuing authority identification data
Photo Requirements
PoA document photos must meet the following requirements:
- Original photo (static image) or scan — not a screenshot or photo uploaded from social networks
- File format: JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF
- Both sides required if the document has data on front and back
- File size: Under 10 MB
- All information must be readable
- All corners of the document visible — no foreign objects or graphic elements
- Not edited with any software or converted to PDF
