HIFI operates globally with services available to individuals and businesses all over the world. However, due to regulatory requirements, certain jurisdictions are restricted from using our services.

Prohibited Regions

HIFI does not support individuals or businesses from the regions below. You will not be able to create Users or Transfers within these jurisdictions.

• Cuba (CU)
• Iran (IR)
• Korea, North (KP)
• Russia (RU)
• Syria (SY)
• Ukraine — Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions only
• Venezuela (VE)

High Risk Regions

Business users incorporated in some supported countries can be enabled for USD virtual accounts after qualifying UBOs complete liveness checks.
